Housing Supervisor - Diego Garcia

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Housing Supervisor to support a US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The role oversees daily housing operations, customer service and administrative support in an overseas setting, providing leadership and guidance so that tenant services are efficient, occupancy is managed accurately and contract, Department of State, company and SOP requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee housing operations and deliver quality services in line with contract requirements.
• Work with the Contract Manager, customers, tenants and support staff to meet housing needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service at check-in and check-out, and explain policies and procedures to customers and tenants.
• Issue keys and access materials, and handle check-in/check-out documentation.
• Assist tenants with lockouts, access issues and minor service concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, supplies, housing assignments and office operations, and monitor occupancy status in assigned units.
• Keep the reservation system data accurate and coordinate furniture, linen and equipment movement and replacements.
• Receive and document building maintenance requests and customer concerns, and support leadership with reporting and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with Department of State policies, company procedures, contract terms and SOPs, and with EHS and quality assurance requirements.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in customer service, housing operations, lodging or property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; overseas housing or property management experience preferred.
• Valid passport valid for at least one year at hire, country visa as required, and ability to pass contract medical requirements and obtain facility credentials.
• Ability to speak, read and understand English; OCONUS experience with a multi-national workforce preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
