Sheet Metal Worker – Lead Role

About the role
Under the supervision of the Superintendent/Site Supervisor, you will lead a team of sheet metal workers in maintaining and repairing metalwork systems across the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products such as HVAC ducts, pipes, flashings, and rain gutters.
- Perform routine and unplanned maintenance on roofing, cladding, ducting, and piping using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery.
- Measure, mark, and layout materials, fasten joints with solder, welds, bolts, and clips, and ensure high‑quality, safe installations.
- Maintain a clean work area, restock supplies, complete records, and follow all safety procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Physical capability to bend, stand, climb, and walk for extended periods.
- Valid professional driver’s licence with at least Restriction Code 2.
- Pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
- Fluent in English (read, speak, understand).
