Quality Manager – FN Contingency

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the Contractor's quality management program for the KBR-DG Base Operations Support Services Project, ensuring subcontractors meet contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the Contractor's Quality Management program, reporting to corporate management.
• Coordinate rework of non‑conforming work and ensure performance objectives and standards are met.
• Provide project‑wide oversight on quality and compliance, working with Annex Managers to correct non‑conformances and drive process improvement.
• Develop, implement, control and analyze Annex‑specific work instructions for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or related) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years’ experience running a proactive Quality Management program for a multi‑function service contract.
• Proven leadership, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Must pass overseas medical screening, be in good health and hold a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
