Sheet Metal Worker Lead (FN)

About the role

The Sheet Metal Worker Lead will supervise a team of sheet metal workers in the maintenance, repair, and installation of metalwork systems, primarily HVAC ducts and related components, under the direction of the Superintendent/Site Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products such as ducts, piping, and cladding.
• Perform routine and unplanned maintenance on roofing, cladding, ducting, and piping systems using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery.
• Ensure safety compliance, clean work areas, restock supplies, and maintain accurate records of tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in metal fabrication and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Physical capability to perform bending, climbing, standing, and lifting tasks.
• Valid professional driver’s license with at least Restriction Code 2 and ability to pass overseas medical screening.
