Quality Manager (Contingency)

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the Contractor's quality management program for the KBR-DG Base Operations Support Services Project, ensuring subcontractors meet contract requirements and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and report on the Contractor's Quality Management program to corporate management.
• Coordinate rework of non‑conforming work and ensure performance objectives are met.
• Provide project‑wide oversight on QA/QC compliance and work closely with Annex Managers to correct non‑conformances.
• Develop, implement, control and analyze Annex‑specific work instructions for continuous improvement.
• Report performance against internal and client quality metrics and establish inspection trend metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum five years managing a proactive Quality Management program for multi‑function service contracts.
• At least five years experience as a Quality Control Engineer in federal construction.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to pass overseas medical screening, hold a valid driver’s license, and be in good health.
