Supervisor, Senior QA Specialist (Contingency)

About the role

The Supervisor, Senior QA Specialist (Contingency) supports the Quality Management function for contract performance, ensuring compliance with BOS contracts and safety standards. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the role has authority to halt operations when non‑conformance is detected.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan and conduct inspections of all contract annexes.
• Generate inspection reports, recommend corrective actions, and apply quality tools for problem‑solving.
• Validate and verify contractually required standards, using statistical methods and performance evaluation techniques.
• Align quality management activities with product line performance needs and solve complex field problems.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of QA/QC experience in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related scientific field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Self‑motivated supervisor with strong leadership and communication skills.
