Network Services Support Supervisor

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Network Services Support Supervisor to manage and support the local implementation of ONE‑Net and related IT facilities for a government contract on Diego Garcia. The role ensures that network, voice, data and security services are available, secure, and aligned with mission requirements, providing 24/7 on‑call support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local utilization of ONE‑Net contract products and data‑sharing capabilities.
• Analyze, advise, implement, correct, and maintain IT systems to meet security and availability standards.
• Provide continuous on‑call support (24 hours/7 days) for network and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with program leadership and ensure compliance with global, US, and PWS requirements.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum three years in a similar role, preferably within a military or government installation.
• U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a U.S. passport, driver’s license, and facility credentials.
• Ability to meet PACOM medical requirements and pass security screenings.

Required skills

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• CompTIA Cloud+ certification.
• ISC2 SSCP certification.
• CCNP Enterprise or CertNexus certification.
• Data‑center network operations, voice and data networking, and Internet infrastructure.
