Medium Voltage Supervisor – Electrical Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Medium Voltage Supervisor to lead electrical teams supporting a critical US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing medium‑voltage system operations while ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, maintenance, repair and inspection of medium‑voltage electrical systems and equipment.
• Manage large‑scale medium‑voltage projects to meet quality standards, timelines and budget.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and performance feedback to electricians and foremen.
• Review blueprints, wiring diagrams and technical specifications to ensure correct execution.
• Enforce compliance with safety standards, electrical codes and company best practices.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management and other stakeholders.
• Conduct safety briefings, on‑site inspections and audits.
• Prepare reports, records and documentation on maintenance, testing and team performance.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Completed a three‑year apprenticeship in the electrician trade or a related field.
• Minimum three years experience as a Medium Voltage Foreman.
• Proven ability to supervise medium‑voltage teams and manage projects.
• Strong knowledge of medium‑voltage electrical systems and relevant codes.
• Commitment to safety, proper use of PPE and zero‑injury environment.
