UICAP Coordinator – Utilities Infrastructure Assessment

About the role
The UICAP Coordinator will lead the Utilities Infrastructure Condition Assessment Program (UICAP) for the Public Works Department on Diego Garcia. This position ensures data integrity, program compliance, and operational excellence across all phases of the program.
Key responsibilities
- Manage UICAP phases 1‑4, schedule and facilitate annual risk assessments, and maintain program documentation.
- Oversee Maximo™ data entry for all utility equipment, link records to iNFADS Plant Replacement Codes, and build preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain degradation indices, failure scenario scores, and ensure risk mitigations are captured in the Utilities Risk Tool (URT).
- Provide training, generate reports, and prepare risk assessments, mitigation plans, and long‑range capital plans.
- Collaborate with Real Property Accountability Officers, manage project submissions to funding streams, and participate in NAVFAC UICAP user groups.
- Prepare Statements of Work, cost estimates, and perform quality assurance audits for UICAP contracts.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in utilities, infrastructure assessment, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate departmental programs.
- Strong knowledge of Maximo™ and iNFADS systems.
